TripActions is a high growth SAAS (20% per month) with a valuation of 4 billion. We are providing an end to end solution for business travelers.
Led the redesign of our hotel booking experience for Web and Mobile. Run design sessions, user research and usability testing on a monthly basis.

Our customers are booking over 150,000 rooms per months, with over 2 billion in spending on our platform.

Summary

Following the design thinking process (inspired by the google design sprint). I collaborate on a daily basis with my fellow Designers, PMs and Engineers. I successfully redesigned our mobile and web applications to accommodate alternative lodging inventory (houses, furnished apartments, boutique hotel...)

I contributed to the reduction in error rate by designing the errors recovery flows. We are currently evaluating design strategies to further improve the attachment rate (trip containing a flight and a hotel booking)
