ADS Sales (Disney)

Web-based application in React that enables Ad Sales to manage operations, track sales pipelines, inventory and price ads, and allocate inventory to advertisers. This was a high-profile product due to AdVisor’s use in managing billions of dollars in contract revenue, and the product improved relations between users and advertisers by simplifying a complex workflow.

Due to time constraint we had to move fast and adapt. Boosted company’s ability to innovate faster by running multiple version of the Google Design Sprint.
